Physical Rehabilitation for PERFORMING ARTISTS
Specialized Rehabilitation that focuses on your needs as a Performing Artist. Our Therapist is a former professional dancer and understands how important it is to get you back as soon as possible while continuing your training with the injury in mind. 1-on-1 Physical Rehabilitation includes a combination of Osteopathic Manual Therapy, Clinical Pilates & Performance Focus Rehab.

Not injured, but want expert care to perform your best? Our performance training sessions are designed for dancers, athletes, and active individuals who want to move better, feel stronger, and stay resilient.
Led by a practitioner with a Master’s in Exercise Science and certification in Strength & Conditioning (S&C), these sessions go beyond personal training. We employ an evidence-based approach to enhance strength, speed, power, agility, and overall long-term performance health.
Performance training is the next step after rehab, or the smart choice if you want to prevent injuries, reach new goals, or future-proof your body. Each program is customized to your unique needs, lifestyle, and activities, so you can train with purpose and confidence
