Lauryn Mann, BS, CPT, holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning as well as a Personal Training Certification. As a dancer herself, she recognized that dance strength and conditioning and specific rehabilitation were an underdeveloped field, and something she wanted to pursue.

In addition, she is an award-winning choreographer and the Tap instructor. This role has given her firsthand experience into the importance of training for injury prevention for young dancers and how it can affect their training later in life.

She is passionate about bringing the strength and conditioning world and the dance world together to create awareness of how important it is for dancers to partake in preventative care.

Brooke has a BFA in Dance, an MS in Exercise Science, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She has spent her career working with a variety of populations, ranging from people living with chronic conditions to athletes of various sports, including dance. Currently, she is an Adjunct Professor of Dance and a dancer in the Linda Bair Dance Company.
